Kellyton Fire & Rescue was
established in 1970. The department serves
the Kellyton community within
Coosa County, Alabama. The department has
a rural coverage area of 50
square miles with approximately 800 homes and
one industrial park. The fire
department has 16 volunteers with 5 EMT's and
responds to Fires, Rescues, Haz-Mats,
Search & Rescue and Medical Emergencies.
We give mutual aid support to
our surrounding departments and our EMS division
runs calls throughout Coosa
County. Kellyton Fire & Rescue has an ISO 5/9 rating.
KVFD operates out of one 5-bay station with living quarters and a
classroom.
